The Electronic Countermeasure Suburban leads just before the Presidential Limousine. This vehicle is designed to thwart any attack utilizing smoke, electronic and other classified measures to disable and stop any projectile or grenade threat. The ECM is based on a highly modified 2500 Suburban with a modified roof with an array of classified countermeasure sensors and devices.
